Kilian W. Wawoe studied Organizational Psychology and was hired as Human Resources Trainee at ABN-AMRO Bank. Before leaving the Bank in 2010 he had several Human Resources positions in the Netherlands, Monaco, Belgium and India. Besides his daily job he worked on a thesis at the VU-University in Amsterdam on the prediction of individual reward in the financial industry. |
